Chevrolet 3100 series pickup truck was imported
here from Colorado in 1988 and has been in the current
owners possession for 6 years
The
body is plum in color and with the exception of wheels
and tires and a rolled rear pan, is stock
The
Interior is black and grey with a Caprice steering
wheel, aftermarket gauges, shifter and Lokar pedals
The
engine is a 30 over 305 mated to a 700r4 transmission an
an 8.5 in. 10 bolt rear end
Tom
and mechanic K.C. Lindstrom started this complete frame
off restoration 5 years ago adding a Mustang front end
with power rack and pinion, 11 in. disc brakes in the
front, a fuel cell, and many other features including a
new ash bed with stainless steel strips.
